About EM Control

EM Control has been providing SEM and TEM maintenance and repair services to customers since 1998. With over 40 years of experience on a variety of SEM equipment, our service engineers have the experience and knowledge to effectively service your equipment so you can get the most out of your investment.

EM Control is based out of Berryville, VA and provides services to federal, state and local government, institutions of higher education, and businesses across the continental United States.

  • Before becoming an independent EM service provider in 1998, Ben started his career working for Pacific Scientific and Topcon as a service engineer.

  • Bill started his career working for JEOL as a SEM service specialist where he worked for 20 years. Before joining EM Control, Bill managed the SEM lab at Lehigh University.

  • Before joining EM Control, Calvin started his career working for Hitachi as a SEM service specialist. He held various positions over a 40 year career at Hitachi.

  • Before joining EM Control, Rob worked at JEOL as a TEM service specialist. He held various roles over a 40 year career at JEOL.
